- work closely with direct supervisor and cascade the management guidelines to team members
- assist line manager to lead team members to achieve whole team sales and promotion target
- maintain existing international accounts and develop potential international clients.
- develop Individual Private Customers in North China.
- expending 2nd and 3rd tier cities business by signing cooperation contracts and collabrating all promotions with clients
- supervise and motivate team members
- deliver sales objectives, set up yearly target and sales promotion plan in accordance with marketing guidance.
- develop sales strategy, P&P and trading terms to maximize profit of institutional and international hotels and retaurants direct sales
- drive sales development effectively and update client database
- work closely with Marketing team to popularize product brand as well as to raise the brand awareness in different communities,
- work closely with sales manager to cascade all business advise and guidance to the team members.
- work closely with regional distributors for stock allocation and depletion, and work together with other sales channel.
- supervise and audit the distributed price to ensure it's been strictly following out with MHD pricing guideline
- arrange and coordinate local tasting and host in house and outsource events for high-end clients
- conduct training for existing/potential private and on trade clients
- maintain effective communication with regional sales teams and other communities
- negotiate with clients on annual cooperation contracts/event collaboration agreement
- manage payment collection of customer direct sales efficiently
- combine and finalize all kinds of internal and external reports and ensure all reports submitted on time.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
three to five years working experience in Sales & Marketing in wine and spirits industry;
- BA Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or related disciplines;
- Excellent Chinese & English (speaking, reading & writing) Skills;
- Based in Beijing
- Good in communication and negotiation skills
- Good reporting skill in paper works, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) is a must;
- better understanding of current business and market
- well organized

- good interpersonal skill;
- good selling skill;
- good business sense
- good knowledge of beverage;
- great passion, good attitude, willing to learn, be able to work under pressure and accoplish the task independently
