 The main missions are the followings:
As part of the multi-national Travel Retail Team spread across four hubs in Europe, you will work with the entire Moët Hennessy portfolio.
Your mission will be to support the European Business Analyst and Sales Team in financial reporting & performance analysis. This placement provides an excellent opportunity for you to understand and experience the role of the finance function within a business. As part of the team, you will be asked to :
I. Assist in monitoring monthly reporting & daily activities
Report daily sales to all sales teams and management
Participate in the weekly reporting process
Participate in the monthly reporting (volumes and variance analysis)
Consolidate and analyse sell-in/sell-out volume data
Analyze performance indicators in different markets / categories
II. Track and analyze Sales and Marketing spending (by market, by category) for Direct Markets
Track spending via invoices
Update business tools to provide a clear view of up-to-date spending vs budget
III. Support the Travel Retail Team during budget processes
Support TR Europe consolidating and analyzing data during Budget phases (LE, R&O, Budget)
IV. Ad-hoc missions
Participate in the pricing process
Update tools used by the Sales teams to help drive understanding of trends and factors

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Débutant
PROFILE
- Business studies with (Master level or Bac+5)
- Profound understanding and interest in financial subjects + Commercial thinking
- Languages: English + French fluent, any other language appreciated
- Passion for luxury brands / Wines & Spirits
- International experience through studies or previous internships
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong Computer skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in highly complex & fast-moving environment
- Exceptionally organized and able to prioritize/ meet tight deadlines
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Experience of Citrix and/or Hyperion Essbase appreciated
