Within our TR Europe department, the Account Executive will be a real business developer. He will guarantee daily retail excellence and will convert the Travel Retail Strategy into operational success.
Position based in Turkey / Istanbul
 
Job responsibilities :
Commercial
- Build operational strategies with the AM to increase brand visibility, sell-out turnover & market shares
- Determine sell-out objectives and guarantee sell-out results
- Negotiate, organize and implement promotions
- Collect, compile and analyze sales figures on a monthly base
- Prepare and participate to operational meetings
 
Brand Ambassador
- Set up strong connections with local teams
- Introduce commercial & marketing strategies to country/shop managers
- Retail Excellence focus: To ensure assortments, stocks and perfect merchandising
- Hard merchandizing: To participate in the long term changes of Guerlain's image
 
Management
- Be a real leader for your BA team
- Optimize field presence and shifts coverage >  Improve motivation & skills of each BA
 
Region: Turkey / Israel / Cyprus N/S / Roumania / Hongary / Tunisia / South Africa / Mauritius

Desired profile

Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
- Master degree in Business Administration or Luxury Brand Management
- Talented and passionate candidate
- Sales-oriented / Business Developer profile
- High communication abilities & Team Player > Autonomous, rigorous, decision maker
- Proactive and out of the box thinking
- High Analytic skills
- Available for travel (3 days/week)
- 3-4 years experience in an international environment, cosmetics is a plus
- Fluent Turkish, French, English.
- Sensitive to luxury and beauty products
