Marc Jacobs, Maison de luxe internationale, affirmant sa différence par un style chic et décalé recherche un(e) Account Executive.
Work closely with Area Manager and VP of Sales in driving sales and nurturing a mutually profitable business relationship within an assigned account base of Western Europe. Responsible to reach seasonal and annual budgets by developing on brand initiatives as well as distribution in line with MJ Global Strategy.
Area: France, Benelux, Suisse, Allemagne, Autriche

1 SALES
Development
Review current distribution, determining quality of accounts based on Marc Jacobs strategy.
Develop a distribution with a high quality image and a brand mix adapted to Marc Jacobs checking all new customers' request.
Reach the target, Identify the competition and replace customers with new potentials.
Build a trust relationship with existing customers involving them with the spirit of the brand, the product.
Respect the sales strategy and assure the best representation for the brand.
Sales figures
Provide timely input of weekly and monthly sales (ST, weekly and monthly sales) from department store accounts.
Assist in planning and analyzing business by store to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, annually) and drive re-order business
Communicate trend and competitive information internally
Manage returns request and follow stock on hand of our Department store and key accounts.
Showroom
Define budgets aligned with seasonal and annual goals for all customers before each market.
Responsible for ensuring showroom appointments are confirmed with existing and potential accounts within region.
Sell-in seasonal merchandise to accounts that meet regional needs while maintaining brand esthetic
Ensure all seasonal orders are received in a timely manner, entered correctly into the system and meet budget
Business trips
Research new business opportunities within region meeting brand guidelines within new cities
Visit existing stores to ensure brand visual guidelines are met and merchandising is properly represented.
Implement trainings to involved sales persons with the inspiration of the collection and the product.
Responsible to recap business trip with timely follow up of outstanding points, initiatives to drive business, etc.
2 CUSTOMER SERVICE
Work with Area Manager to analyze customer requests
Troubleshoots & provides solution on customer service issues
Respond efficiently to customer's needs
Update deliveries according to customer's request
3 CREDIT
Responsible for weekly delivery statement and update of credit template.
Follow up on all the payments, minimizing late payments and reducing past due invoices.
Define seasonal payment terms with the credit manager.
Find solutions for customer with payment issues

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
Master's degree
2-3 year experience in a fashion brand in a wholesale business (excluding intern experience)
Speak fluently English + other language (German)
Ability to Multi Task and manage from a distance
Act as a brand ambassador
Well developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities-tactful-mature-flexible
Good communication and organizational skills
Excellent practice of Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
