Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help our customers by answering their technical and functional questions. Our support is a Level II support, with the Level III support being handled by our internal engineering team. The support engineer will answer questions from our customers’ LumApps admins and contributors. He will also help manage and maintain our internal knowledge base and our public help site.
Requirements:
Eligible to VIE contract
Fluent Japanese and English
Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer Science
Good knowledge of CMS systems
Additional Skills, but not Required:
Previous coding experience
Project Management
Knowledge of G Suite (Google) and LumApps
Previous experience in a B2B support team
French speaking is a Plus!
