The Maritime Crane Division currently has a vacancy for an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Technician to be based from our facility located Redcliffe, Perth. Reporting to the Service Manager as part of small national team of 4, this role will provide effective service to new and existing clients throughout Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include the ability to:

· Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis of all site based Liebherr Maritime Crane Equipment
· Carry out routine service and maintenance on Liebherr Maritime Crane Equipment
· Carry out repairs on Liebherr Maritime Crane Equipment
· Carry out concise and methodical diagnostic’s & troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
· Conduct maintenance and component replacements
· Complete detailed service reporting and manufacturers documentation

Selection criteria:

· Trade qualification in a relevant field
· Experience with Maritime Cranes and Liebherr equipment.
· A good knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems, theory and practical
· Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
· Excellent diagnostic skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required
· Willingness to travel interstate and overseas as required
· Experience with the CAN Bus will be highly regarded.
