Liebherr-Mining Equipment Colmar SAS, basée à Colmar (France), est un leader mondial dans la fabrication de pelles hydrauliques de 100 à 800 tonnes et de camions diesel-électriques de 100 tonnes pour l'industrie minière.

Responsabilities :

He/she assists EVP R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing in the coordination, acceleration, supporting and controlling of Technology Development and Production Strategies of the Liebherr Mining division.

· Assists MIN EVP R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing and the management boards R&D, Engineering and Production in establishing a common regular reporting for technology development progress and production performance and efficiency
· Develops together with EVP R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing reasonable and efficient KPI´s to provide transparency concerning Product Development, Product reliability engineering, Technology development efficiency and progress and Manufacturing efficiency and flexibility
· Assists EVP R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing in progressing the Mining Visions in regards to Product Development, Technology Development, Innovation Implementation and Manufacturing optimization
· Audits the factory development and innovation processes and identify synergy potentials between factories
· Cooperates with other Liebherr divisions to promote exchange of best practices
· Consolidates Mining Innovation lists for all MIN products
· Consolidates Mining Technology Development roadmaps for all Mining products
· Prepares content and establishes presentations and speeches for Mining EVP R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing
· Input and follow-up technology communication with marketing
· Organizes and executes regular reporting to entire Board
· Prepares Mining strategy definition meetings for R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing and provides input for organization
· Organizes annual Mining Technology Days with involvement of other Liebherr divisions or external Stakeholders for dedicated topics
· Prepares interviews with Mining and Technology magazines in collaboration withthe Holding( where required by corporate regulations) and provide input for organization
· Takes the role of Project Manager for different projects/topics
· Liaise with Liebherr Innovation teams for the coordination of transversal projects

Profile

· Master in mechanical Engineering or Master in Industrial Engineering
· Detailed understanding of technological topics
· Understanding of mining customer requirements a strong plus
· Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, capable of coordination of factory cross-functional teams
· Analytic and methodologic working style
· Self-managed, autonomous working approach and strong team player

Language: Good command of English and German is necessary, and good command of French a huge plus

· Travel rate will be around 25%
