Fintech company specialised in the financial market industry, LexiFi provides software for the valuation, management and documentation of derivatives and structured products. Financial institutions and technology firms partner with LexiFi to boost their analytical and processing capabilities for tailored financial products. LexiFi develops innovative financial software, combining advanced techniques from Theoretical Computer Science and from Mathematical Finance.
We are looking for a Sales & Business Developer to support our sales force and meet the company’s growing needs for international development.
Job description:
The role is based in Singapore and is at the crossroad between the company’s sales and technical departments, reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will become a key asset of the business development in APAC and streamline the collaboration between our Paris headquarter and our APAC partner’s office. After a 4-month training period in Paris, the VIE recruit will start an 18-month mission in Singapore.
This position will cover a wide range of diverse and complementary tasks:
- Working with our local representatives, in close collaboration with our Paris office, to develop LexiFi’s footprint in the APAC region and increase our market share
- Prospecting in Singapore and Hong Kong: establishing direct contact with potential prospects, qualifying leads, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, highlighting value proposition, recommending most suitable products/service(s)
- Participating in marketing efforts: sales and communication campaigns, in charge of sales material, client presentations, participation in conferences and events, etc.
- Keeping CRM tool up-to-date (Salesforce)
- Reporting on a weekly basis to Head of Sales & Marketing (Paris); and daily to local Managing Partner (Singapore)
- Reflecting on LexiFi’s value proposition and offering; taking part in the functional tests of new features developed by the R&D department
- Additional related duties assigned as needed

Profile:
- Master’s degree in Finance
- Prior sales experience, preferably in finance or Fintech would be appreciated
- Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable profile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Perfect English both written and spoken, French business proficiency a plus, Chinese appreciated
- Interest in financial markets and information technologies
- Understanding of the various derivative instruments and marketplaces as well as relevant regulatory requirements a plus
