Job description

Mission:
Market Intelligence
- To insure a diffusion of market regulation in the different departments of the Group
- To support the creation of market segmentation (costumers, products)
- To support the creation Market Insight for yeast and ingredients
- To follow the evolution of yeast competitors from statistics
- To insure a follow up of product quality of competitors
- To insure the follow up of price monitoring reporting in the markets at level of wholesalers, bakeries, supermarkets…
- To insure the information availability and the evolution of duties of yeast & improvers ,VAT, others taxes
- To insure the information about subsidise products and prices of flour and bread
Market management
- To Support the creation of Annual Budget (Volumes & Prices)
- To support the implementation of marketing actions in the markets
- To analyze the quantitative and qualitative impact of marketing actions
- To insure the follow of products samples collection from markets an issue reminders
- To support the creation of marketing activities for Push and Pull sales techniques ( internal and externally)
- To support the creation of chain value if necessary
Distributors / Industrials Management
- To insure a constant high level of relation with costumers
- To insure the follow up of payment conditions be respected and alert in case of deviation
- To insure the follow up of corrective measures taken if necessary ( Payment terms) and alert the superior
- To participate at training of distributors sales forces (product, sales techniques, marketing, segmentation…)
- To insure the follow up of quality complaints
- To analyze the requests of prospects and insure a feedback with superior
- To follow up and insure the integrity of stock and sales systems from the market with distributors
Sales administration
- To make accurate forecast planning
- To collect orders from distributor and insure their treatment by SAD
- To follow up order and their delivery
Reporting line: Area Sales Manager
Profile:
Education & Experience:
- Graduated in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration etc
- 2-3 years previous experience in an similar role/ Food industry
Language:
Russian – working proficiency or mother tongue
English
- working proficiency or mother tongue
Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
