Poste et missions:
Reporting to the Greater China General Manager, you will provide overall sales analysis and control sales, production and financial data for our Nutrition & Health business unit in China.
Missions:
- Acts as the corporate cost control and finance function representative in China for our Nutrition and Health BU, and as such fully contributes to the development and implementation of the strategic direction.
- Provides regular business reporting to the General Manager and to the Group to measure the business unit’s profitability, market growth, and cost optimization.
- Works with the accounting, sales and production departments to ensure reporting and company performance analysis in a timely manner.
- Sets up and optimizes the cost model.
- Converts financial reports from P.R.C to I.F.R.S. G.A.P. to outline an overall picture of the BU’s business in China under the Group’s standards.
- Provides analysis reports, identifies potential risks and proactively proposes actions or solutions.
- Assists the General Manager in creating and controlling the budget.
This position includes communication with the BU’s Financial Control team based in France.
Profil:
- Finance/Accounting degree essential
- Relevant experience at a similar level in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Experienced user of the ERP system in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in English. Chinese (Mandarin) would be a plus
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Pragmatic, autonomous
- Openness towards local culture and habits
- Energetic, hands-on, result driven and go-getting with a strong passion for excellence and attention to operational details
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from various levels and functions within the area.
- 24 months of full-time mandatory professional experience for the Chinese Visa
