Poste et missions
- 2 open positions:
Responsible for purchasing tasks :
- Make inquiries (global sourcing) for development parts and serial parts for project applications according to commodity strategy and ensures associated capacity
- Ensures the proper collection of all necessary documentation for qualification of the components of his/her project by the relevant person.
Integration of purchasing department and BU in product development process :
- Support of selection, release and development of new suppliers in consultancy with Business Units and Commodity Purchasing
Responsibility for projects until SOP (start of production) as a core team member :
- Development / preparation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers (according to commodity strategy)
Material price responsibility for the assigned projects :
- Negociate prices and conditions (new projects) according to the general terms and conditions
Observation of cost targets :
- Defining and Implementation of savings potentials
Follow up development specific parts (life time contracts) with support of cost analysis to reach the carline targets:
- selection of suppliers in consultancy with BUs and specialized departments with regard to commodity strategy, and initiates the sourcing committee
Part number requests (form):
- make or buy investigations (Russia)
- working in interdisciplinary project teams
- handling invest orders (tools) for new developed parts
- analyzing and editing of bills of materials (new inquiries)
Reporting for the concerned BU and Commodity Purchasing :
- reporting for the purchasing results for the dedicated Carlines for his / her BU
