Purpose

To rigorously analyze Order Tracking Report for production status, Factory performance trends and prepare informative reports/presentations to management in a timely manner to facilitate decision-making.  Continuously engage with production management teams to forecast possible delays & risks.

 

Responsibilities

·  Analyze the Internal Order Tracking Reports on a weekly basis
·  Monitor Factory performance trends on a weekly basis
·  Work with PM teams on status updates and escalate potential risk to troubleshoot
·  Publish constructive informative Reports to management for decision making Qualifications

Requirements

·  Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Management or similar area
·  3+ years related experience in business analysis or a related field.
·  Knowledge in Merchandising / Factory planning will be an added qualification
·  Excellent command in English (Both spoken & written)
·  Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
·  Experience creating detailed reports and preparing presentations
·  Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Power point & Advanced excel knowledge is mandatory.
·  Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
·  A good team player with a positive attitude and proactive outlook with a drive towards excellence
