•    Possess Intermediate/Advanced PC Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) 
•    Possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management and be disciplined to check work

•    Be dedicated, self-motivated, and have ability to work with little supervision 
•    Be able to make quick, sound decisions 
•    Be approachable and possess strong interpersonal skills 
•    Be an analytical thinker; Be able to problem solve 
•    Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times 
•    Be flexible and work at Morse Road and Broad Street campuses 
•    Be able to lift up to 25lbs 
•    Effectively communicate with DC associates, DC Leadership team, Home Office, and MGL HR Team verbally and via e-mail 
•    Accurately input regular and seasonal associates into Access 
•    Assist with hiring events for AM and PM shift as needed 
•    Facilitate new hire and benefits orientations 
•    Assist MGL HR Team with all aspects of general administrative work, which includes maintaining files, managing paperwork, developing spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned 
•    Must be knowledgeable of The Guide and Limited Brands policies and procedures 
•    Lead administration of specific DC wide programs, such as Fall Peak Appreciation Program, AOS, etc 

Qualifications

•    One or more years’ experience in Human Resources 
•    Experience working with peak season hiring, employee benefits, new hire orientation and other general HR principles, practices and procedures 
•    Broad understanding of all DC departments (experience a plus) 
•    PC proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, MS PowerPoint, KRONOS, and MS Access a plus) 
•    Demonstrated experience accurately and efficiently entering data into databases 
•    Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, or equivalent work experience 
•    Familiarity with I-9 and WOTC preferred
