Main Tasks:
You will assist the Sales and Marketing Department in the following tasks:
Sales/ Event
· Assist the commercial team with client orders (BtoB & BtoC)
· Assist the commercial team in organising events or exhibition shows
Marketing
· Assist the commercial team with our back office website + Customer service
· Update marketing materials
· Benchmark management (Research the market and relating products)
· Assisting to create monthly marketing reports and newsletters
· Database management
· Sourcing clients
Administrative:
· Invoicing

Profil recherché

· Fluent in English (Native English would be a plus)
· Knowledge of the pack office (In design and Photoshop would be a must)
· Proactive, flexible, very organised with a strong attention to detail
· Business & marketing focus
· Ability to work in a team and very strong customer service skills
