VIE to start as of September 2017 for one year renewable.
Based in Bucharest, ROMANIA

To serve the development of Subsidiary in Romania we are looking for a:
Financial Controller – VIE
Attached directly to the Finance Manager of YVES ROCHER Romania, your missions will be:
- Financial Reporting & Controlling for VAD (Mailing, Telesales and E-commerce) and VD (Direct Selling)
- Preparation of monthly business reports & KPIs for headquarter
- Analyses & follow-up of actual results versus budget & previous year
- Periodical financial forecast
- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue, expenses, balance sheet items and cash flow
- Cost estimation, forecast & analysis requested by other departments
- Assist in ensuring appropriate accounting structure for follow up and reporting
- Implement new follow-up reports according to needs of the business
- Propose solutions in order to rectify potential errors as well as to increase efficiency / reduce costs;
- Ensure an optimal coordination and communication with key positions and departments (marketing, HR, Call-Centers, technical)
- Administration & control
- Invoices control according to contracts
- Check accounting / financial documents in order to ensure compliance with legal provisions in force as well as with internal procedures;
- Support in the yearly audit process
- Alert management on risks and failures in processes
- Diverse administrative tasks requested by management
- Treasury
- Monthly Cash flow reporting and accurate estimation for headquarter
- Improvement of financial flows
- Help with the implementation of new reports and functionalities in the accounting software
- Help in the preparation of new internal procedures when needed
Profile :
You have been graduated of a Master Degree with a 1st experience in the domain of Controlling.
You have an advanced Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, very good numerical and analytical skills.
You are also recognized for your autonomy but also for being when needed a team player. You have excellent skills in communication & organization and have the capacities to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
Finally you are Fluent in English
