Your Challenge:

Plan, develop, design and manage social interactions and Influencer programs across digital platforms to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image. The Integrated Communications Leader will define and enhance the brand's social presence, interact with consumers (community management), create and execute influencer programs (both paid and unpaid) plus provide internal stakeholders with detailed feedback.

The Integrated Communications Leader is up to date on changes in the social media industry and thoroughly understands the current Canadian beauty/fashion influencer landscape. Always connected, the candidate is curious and loves to work in a team. The candidate will follow campaigns closely and make changes as things progress to ensure optimization of all content and results.

Your profile

·  Passion for content development
·  Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
·  Familiar with all social platforms
·  Understanding of the Canadian Beauty Influencer landscape
·  Manage social media budget & influencer spend
·  Curious
·  Autonomous yet a team player
·  Writing skills: both English and French
·  Developing engaging content
·  Excellent writing and communication skills
