Job description
Key Job Accountabilities
· Conduct purchasing activity in Facilities management category and One HK project in complete line and compliance with the Group's purchasing policy.
· Collect business needs, provide SME in Facilities management category and provide support to Purchasing Manager in strategy implementation
· Provide support and coordination of RFP projects under One HK
· Prepare and maintain bid information and other contract documents.
· Support internal change management programs

Skills:
· Analytical skills-Deep understanding of stakeholders' needs, supply market and category spend drivers. Budget construction and follow-up
· Negotiation- Negotiate deal/contracts with suppliers under FM and One HK project
· Technical-Profound category understanding/expertise
· Communication- Strong interactions within country stakeholders, Zone Purchasing on the category defined.
· and FM strategy
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience in purchasing
· Good skills in usage of Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word
· English is a must
