Directly reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all the trade marketing activities, and Develop the retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines.  

• Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints. Implement the merchandising solutions for testers units, free access and POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs
• Participate in the conception, development and follow-up of flagship stores with international brand and Zone
• Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
• Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
• Check L’Oréal internal purchasing process is respected
• Implement and track Trade Marketing programmes for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence. 
• Carry out specific Trade Marketing programmes, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity
• Report sales needs and field intelligence to Trade Marketing Manager and commercial / marketing teams 
• Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities
• Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities

Requirements:

• Masters Studies (preferably in Pharmacy/Management/Economy)
• At least 2/3 years of experience in the Trade Marketing function (a previous experience in the Pharmacy market is a plus)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel - advanced) 
• Analytical competency (ability to analyze data and draw conclusions)
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent English and Italian
