Your Challenge:

Plan and manage social interactions, Influencer programs and traditional media across digital platforms to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image. The Integrated Communications Specialist will define and enhance the brand's social presence, manage de social plateforms and calendar, interact with influencers and press, create and execute influencer programs (both paid and unpaid) plus provide internal stakeholders with detailed feedback.

The Integrated Communications is up to date on changes in the social media industry and thoroughly understands the current Canadian beauty/fashion influencer landscape. Always connected, the candidate is curious and loves to work in a team. The candidate will follow campaigns closely and make changes as things progress to ensure optimization of all content and results.

Your profile:

·  Passion for content development
·  Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
·  Familiar with all social platforms
·  Understanding of the Canadian Beauty Influencer landscape
·  Manage social media budget & influencer spend
·  Curious, Autonomous yet a team player
·  Writing skills: both English and French
·  Developing engaging content
·  Excellent writing and communication skills

Primary responsabilities:

·  Build the brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally the brand's reputation over time
·  Build and implement a 360° external communication strategy consistent with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy.
·  Research and identify key Canadian influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences online and grow share of voice
·  Build the strategy and manage the social media calendar and image (creation and community management done by agency)
·  Manage highly visible blogger/influencer/ambassador campaigns and related events for the brand and the product launches
·  Develop and maintain relationships with established and emerging influencers, traditional media and new media across publications, social and digital platforms.
·  Administer vendor invoices, vendor forms, requisitions, purchase orders
·  Develop monthly reports on the brand's E-PR and PR performance
·  Manage and develop events, brand trips and product launches; responsible for award submissions and identifying potential sponsorship opportunities to enhance the brand image
·  Be updated on industry trends, the latest influencer and digital media advancements and relevant campaigns
·  Work with marketing to create integrated communication campaigns for the brand and/or launches
·  Coordinate with International brand team for possible campaigns initiatives.
