Gobal Process Owner Finance PtoP (H/F)

As part of the Finance Excellence Program launched by the Group a few years ago, the Accounting Team in charge of Process Excellence is expanding and open a new position: Procure to Pay Finance Process Owner.
In this position, the PtoP Finance Process Owner will have to:

1 – Process Governance Lead

- Ensure that the Target Accounting Process are properly deployed, and work closely with zone coordinators to implement updates / new features to achieve harmonization
- Provide guidance to entities with process expertise
- Identify, qualify, develop & drive implementation of process improvements in order to achieve simplification & efficiency
- Ensure best-in class ways of working

2 – Lead & be the Group Finance Referent

- Coordinate & work closely with all PtoP managers of our 5 SSC across the world, create & animate the process community to share common issues & best practices
- Ensure smooth change management
- Be the Group Finance Referent for all other stakeholders: internal audit, internal control, purchasing teams….
- Be involved in all Group Projects having impact on your business process to ensure & drive  alignment

3 – Innovation Driver

- Identify opportunities for system changes to drive improvement & automation
- Interact with other stakeholders to support your projects
- Ensure expertise and global design key principles for your ongoing projects

Profile :

At least 5 years’ experience, with a successful experience in consulting / auditing firms
Fluent in English
Good knowledge in SAP
Demonstrated understanding of processes, with excellent communication & presentation skills
