To help assist us in this task, we have an exciting opportunity for an Educator to join the L'Oréal Professionnel team based in Brussels. Facilitating education programs at our L'Oréal Professionnel academy as well as one-on-one training within our current base of salons and potential new clients you will animate the L'Oréal Professionnel brand and products.

About the role:

·  Visiting new and existing L'Oréal Professionnel salons in Oost en West-Vlaanderen
·  L'Oréal Professionnel group education and one-on-one training with existing and new clients
·  Facilitating and leading formal seminars at the L'Oréal Professionnel academy
·  Managing salon education and animation including product demonstrations through to the installation, with expert knowledge on all of the L'Oréal Professionnel products
·  Implement and follow up various educational initiatives regarding online learning

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a love of hairdressing. You will be an experienced hairdresser who has a passion for education and owned or managed a salon. Previous experience in a similar training role will also be highly regarded. A working knowledge of L'Oréal Professionnel is desirable, but not essential requirement for this role.
