Key Job Accountabilties

·  Understand Matrix education vision and mission and follow the rules of ME page (Matrix education the way of learning)
·  Prepare and present product demonstrations to customers, by showing a deep understanding of each product and its technical benefits.
·  Deliver the training courses of the brand and follow rules and regulation.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate collaboration and achievement of desired business results.
·  Organize the monthly Agenda, and prepare in salon training and group in academy training.
·  Organize monthly meeting with sales team for follow-up the sales team needs, and market needs.
·  Build excellent and professional communication with the sales team.
·  Provide product knowledge training and services training on every new launching.
·  Collect quantitative and qualitative feedback from the market and report to the line education manager.
·  Attend train the trainer locally and Look N learn and all Matrix event abroad if needed.
·  Strong computer skills

·         Insure all new clients are trained
