Job description
Key Job Accountabilities
· Plan and conduct in-room trainings for Travel Retail APAC Beauty Advisors on Service Retail Academy.
· Ensure BA can master the skills through different follow-up eg. via E-learning, newsletter and more importantly is Coaching at counters.
· Partner with Education Manager to ensure training needs are identified and monitor the feedback from countries.
· Use Mystery Shopper scores, Customer Satisfaction Survey and retail indicators for measuring the KPIs and follow up.
· Implement appropriate training measures to achieve high training satisfaction rate from BAs and being motivated.
· Arrange training room bookings, gifts and administrative work.
· Manage SRA training budget.
Requirements
· 3 years or above in retail training experience
· Experience in soft skill t raining especially service training, people development training is an advantage
· Self-motivated, result-oriented, creative thinker
· High sense of luxury, luxury customer and service, strong business sense
· Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
· Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
· Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
