DIGITAL ACTIVATION ASSISTANT

As the Digital Activation Assistant you will be responsible for planning & executing brand plans across all brand owned channels including the e-commerce website, CRM and social media. You will directly support the Digital Activation Manager on all digital services. You will be the brand lead for asset management – whether adapting assets provided by our international team or shooting local content to meet local market needs and will be the main contact for all retailer content needs. Finally, you will lead all digital metric reporting & competitor tracking.

You will:

•ASSETS MANAGEMENT: Be the gatekeeper for brand assets and the go to contact for any asset or copy requests for all channels (social, CRM, paid media, affiliates or PPC) or on-site services
•LOCAL CONTENT CREATION: Lead the briefing, planning and execution of local brand ambassador content across IT Cosmetic channels.
•E-MERCHANDISING & CONTENT PAGES:Create merchandising briefs for all new product launches and completing new lines forms for any new retailer launches. Managing the briefing process of any new content pages, localising for the UK market where necessary.
•RETAILER ASSETS:Be the driving force strengthening IT cosmetics brand positioning using local tools to troubleshoot and find ways of improving our product pages, brand visibility and number of product reviews across retailer sites – helping improve our Edge scores. Ensure retailers are provided with up to date assets by providing monthly lifestyle imagery packs for use across their channels. Be the main contact for any asset or product information requests from retailers.
•CRM: Management of the brand’s CRM calendar, designing and briefing email sends, handling rounds of amends before final sign off.
•SOCIAL MEDIA:Management of the @itcosmeticsukiInstagram and Facebook pages including the planning & executing of content calendar for the channel, monitoring and improving social KPIs. Plan & execute social competitions. Be the number one liaison with our e-Beauty Advisors for any community management queries.
•PODCASTS: Working closely with our PR team, brand ambassador and external agencies on planning and executing our ‘Conversations in Confidence’ podcast, including transcription, legal submission & approval and promotion)
•SUPPORT THE DIGITAL ACTIVATION MANAGER: on the activation of our online services to our customers with an always-on approach and help activate new services as they come around. Support with monthly reporting on all digital areas.
•COMPETITOR TRACKING: Regular competitor analysis monitoring and reporting.

•A clear communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders within and outside of the brand team

You have:

•Basic Microsoft Excel,Powerpoint& Outlook experience
•Analytical skills: using tools & dashboards to extract learnings

•Experience with social media (ideally experienced in social media platform management)
