For this apprenticeship you will receive great on the job training as well as complete a Business and Administration qualification through a local training provider.

 

We will train you to become a multi skilled member of the team responsible for all aspects of Customer Master Data.

Reporting directly to the Customer Master Data Manager, and in close liaison with the UKI Credit Manager, you will need to build strong relationships with the Credit Management team, Customer Care/Customer Supply Chain teams, Finance and Commercial functions within our head office in Hammersmith, Ireland and the field.

 

The principle purpose of this role is an advanced administration role supporting the Customer Care / Customer Supply Chain & Credit Management Teams in the creating, uploading and maintenance of key data in SAP and in the Sales forces Terminal. 

You Will

•Advocate the Environment, Health and Safety initiatives within your team and in close liaison with the wider department and EHS function;
•Ensure the correct processes are consistently applied to achieve the best service to the customer;
•Create and maintain Customer Master Data in our computer system SAP and in the Sales force Terminal, including but not limited to
•Address & Contact details
•Direct Debit set-up & amendments
•Credit limit maintenance
•Electronic Data Interface set-up & maintenance
•Maintenance of Customer Pricing Data to ensure that amendments and revisions are processed in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet the agreed customer lead times
•Preparation of the new line introduction in SAP and in the Sales force Terminal for each sales drive
•Create all Promotion codes and Sales Deals in SAP
•Ensure prices are set up and master data is consistent
•Create promotional order forms in the Sales force Terminal
•Monitor Sales force orders to ensure they are integrated correctly and investigate any failure
•Contribute to the management of the Selective Distribution Agreement process
•Integrate data into SAP through a Winshuttle interface 

You have
•Previous experience of working within Customer Care or Support Services is essential;
•Be able to show evidence of excellent telephone manner, with effective verbal and written communication skills;
•Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills (dealing with customers either face-to-face, by telephone or by other correspondence);
•Highly IT Literate: an experienced user of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook. 
•Experience of using SAP and BI/BW essential;
•A proactive approach and the ability to resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner;
•Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing conditions;
•Process driven: The successful individual must be able to work within strict guidelines and have excellent attention to detail.
•Excellent attention to detail; and
•Confident and enthusiastic in your manner, you will be practical and methodical in your approach to problem solving, and will work well as part of a team.
