Key Responsibilities
•Social networks enablement
•Relationships Management with Vloggers / Bloggers
•Coordination of Customer Retention Management campaigns and results monitoring
• KPI tracking retail and e-tail (embedding rate)
•Adaptation of communication materials for the boutiques (creation or adaptation of brand communication)
•Organization of dedicated events
Required Profile
•2 years of experience in a similar role
•Knowledge of Social Networks / Community Management
•Excellent Content Redactor
•Knowledge of Social Listening tools and main Digital KPIs
•Previous Experience in Organization of Events with bloggers
•Proficiency in English is a must
