Our teams within Corporate Services play a crucial role in supporting the business to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities such as Digital Transformation and our sustainability commitment Sharing Beauty with All. This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.

We are seeking aJunior Data and Systems Analyst to join our IT team. As the Junior Data and Systems Analystyou will work across a diverse program portfolio across Business Intelligence, Retail operations and IT infrastructure. You’ll put your skills to work in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere as you assist in the development of the project delivery capability at L’Oréal.

About the Role

This role will assist the business in their delivery of core data projects both from a business and employee experience perspective which will:

·  Support the Business Intelligence team in mapping and defining business and technical requirements for building BI reports and Assist with business testing / validating data/ developments before application/report roll out.
·  Support Project Manager with governance and risk management and collaborate with internal stakeholders for project deliverywhere they relate to, but not limited to BI, SAP, Infrastructure & integration.
·  Assist and deploy the change management activities by providing support to end users and training
·  support to Project Managers andbusiness / non-technical teams inunderstanding As Is landscape and gathering requirements to help define new To Be solutions and/or processes and help translate them into recommendations for development by providing functional specifications of new applications

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·  Effective communication skills to articulate technical language to non-technical teams and be a conduit between the business Divisions and IT
·  Experienced in BI Reporting, with strong analytical skills to be able to interpret customer & business needs and translate them into requirements
·  Experience in MSBI, SQL, Power BI, Informatica and knowledge in SAP highly regarded
·  Proactive self-starter who constantly seeks better ways to deliver value to the business to help drive their objectives with a natural curiosity about data, numbers and what makes things work
·  Ability to build strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group with demonstrating resilience
·  Ability to work within teams with a one team approach
·  Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
·  Experienced in supporting implementation of projects
