Then you might be just the talent we are looking for to strengthen our Brand Communication Team in Luxury Products Division (Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Biotherm, Helena Rubinstein, Kiehl’s, Ralph Lauren, Cacharel, Victor & Rolf, Valentino, etc.)

As Brand Communications Coordinator , your role is to build and implement the 360 communication strategy in consistency to the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time. Your mission is to increase awareness, ensure long-term reputation and build up the image of the L’Oréal group and its brands. The challenge for brands is to have effective communications that will make them stand out in a saturated environment.

The role reports to the Brand Communication Manager for Luxury Products Division. 

So, what does your job look like?

·  Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy:
·  Contribute to thinking on the communication plan
·  Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events….
·  Define, put in place and manage communication projects/operations
·  Manage media relations, including new media relations
·  Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant media role players including new media and social networks….
·  Build a media-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand
·  Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (CSR activities, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy
·  Be the internal «operational» media interlocutor
·  Evaluate media operations quantitatively and qualitatively and make recommendations
·  Contribute to managing Public Relations: local spokesperson, ambassadors…
·  Contribute to Managing internal communication for the Brand
·  Promote brand launches and events internally
·  Develop day-to-day opportunities to analyze consumer insights & data 
·  Analyze data, KPIs to provide business drivers 
·  Create & schedule monthly Social Media Calendars for brands’ online presence
·  Collaborate with Marketing teams in creating digital plans (wording & assets selection) for digital media plans
·  Manage online communities by interacting daily with fans
·  Evaluate social media and operations quantitatively and qualitatively and make recommendations

Your profile: 

·  You have 2 - 3 years of experience in brand communications, preferably from the FMCG industry. Beauty related experience will be an asset.  
·  Digital savvy. E Com related experience will be considered an asset.
·  You have excellent communication and presentation skills
·  You can easily navigate from a detailed to a topline view
·  You can work in a fast-paced, fast decisions environment
·  You have excellent collaboration skills 
·  You are both creative and an experienced PowerPoint and excel-user
·  You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work 
·  You are fluent in English language
