Your Challenge:

Under the supervision of the Environmental Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be identifying regulatory obligations related to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA 1999) to ensure the compliance of the substances contained in imported and manufactured products of L'Oreal Canada.

Your role would be to provide regulatory impact analysis on government publications from the CEPA 1999, to identifiy and notify new substances according to the New Substances Notification Regulations, to manage substances inventory (bio/chemical, bio/polymer, naturally occurring), to ensure regulatory surveillance and to manage regulatory compliance documents.

You are the ideal candidate if you have a Bachelor or a Master degree in chemistry, environment and/or ecotoxicology. up to 5 years in regulatory affairs is recommended. If analytical rigour, keen eyes for detail and long-term project management resonate with you, then apply.
