(Team only comes into the office three days a week and works from home the other two)

Job Description

This position provides support to the Sales Team, calling on our Maybelline NY • Garnier • essie and L’Oréal Paris accounts for Walgreens.

Key Job Accountabilities

·  Administrative Support: Ordering supplies, mailing, Security Card Access and IT support
·  Meeting Preparation: Conference room reservations, catering and supplies
·  Item/ Assortment/ Display in eCommerce channels and in store
·  Advertising/ Promotional Management: Layout, order/ship M43 samples, catalog, tracking/ECRM and promo review/paperwork
·  Product Imaging and assisting KAM with planogram related activities
·  Item Price / Specification Sheet Maintenance: New item sell sheets, price verification, item labeling for master sheet and promo space
·  Reporting/ Forecasting: Nielsen reporting, sales recap, space forecast, zone forecast and analysis
·  Periodically attend Sales Meeting to assist KAM and FSVP
·  WERCS/ Hazmat/ GDS/ Account Specific Systems - Where applicable

The Network you would Work With

·  Be the team's primary liaison with the Account teams and the Management group within New York and New Jersey

Qualifications, Knowledge & Know-How required

Bachelor’s degree required.

Essential skills

·  Proficient in Excel is a Must (V Look Up, Pivot Table), PowerPoint, & Word Applications.
·  Must have good organizational & presentation skills.
·  Working knowledge of Category Management Fundamentals preferred
·  Excellent Creative & Analytical Skills.
·  Strong Team Leadership Skills preferred
·  Experience with Data Base Applications.
·  Detailed oriented.
·  Strong work ethic
·  Passion for the business.
·  Ability to work well with teams.
·  Flexible
