OUR PROGRAM

TheL’OréalApprenticeship Program (1 year) offers you your first entry into the industry, and insight into how life atL’Oréalis like! Get involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people.

By the end of this apprenticeship, you will gain beauty industry experience in various aspects of e-merchandising and watch your ideas come to life. Learn more about brand perception as you coordinate with the various L’Oréal brands and be part of the team supporting successful product launches online.

Fresh graduate of any local/overseas institutions; early career professionals with no more than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Apprenticeship Commitment: Jan 2021 – Dec 2021 (1 year)

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

We are looking to hire an e-merchandising apprentice who fits the above description!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Maximise sales performance through analytical data and online product placement
·  Merchandise website products based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons and online data
·  Collaborate and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
·  Realize online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

·  Eye for detail and design
·  Strong multi-tasking skill & sense of urgency (good time management)
·  Takes initiative and able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
·  Flexible & quick to adapt to fast-paced and evolving working environment
·  Able to commit for the entire period of apprenticeship

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

September – 18 October: Application Intake

Mid October– November: Selection & Interviews

November– December: Offer extensions

January 2021: Program commences
