Have you recently graduated or are about to graduate with a Master’s degree? Then you might be just the one we are looking for to strengthen our Marketing team as our new Marketing Graduate.

As the Marketing Graduate, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless in-store execution of exciting new launches from the largest beauty company in the world. During the 12-month program, you will have a central role in the team dealing with international brands such as L´Oréal Paris, Essie, NYX Professional Makeup, Garnier and Maybelline. The role reports to the Senior Category Leads. 

Your key job accountabilities:

·  Support the Marketing team in execution of the go-to-market strategy 
·  Act as the referral in the knowledge of country specific needs and practices 
·  Ensure products are given the right visibility and executed flawlessly locally in-stores
·  Co-take ownership of local display catalogues
·  Adapt layout needs
·  Develop the necessary tools to manage and optimize in-store elements flow, time lines and efficiency analysis
·  Manage and analyse local in-store visual needs
Your profile: 

·  You have graduated no longer than a year ago from your Master’s degree within Marketing, Communication, Branding or similar
·  You are fluent and have excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language
·  You have strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority and good time management
·  You are able to manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously and independently, and can create structure in our dynamic way of working
·  You are able to challenge the status quo and think out of the box
·  You have an entrepreneurial spirit and dare to take responsibility
·  You are a pro-active team player with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
·  You have a strong interest in branding. Hands-on experience within the FMCG industry is seen as an advantage

We are looking for our Marketing Graduate to start as soon as possible . The employment is fixed term for 12 months .
