2020-2021 MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM, BY L’OREAL
Meet Kai. Kai joined L’Oréal’s Management Trainee Program 6 years ago. During the 12-months MT program, Kai experienced a tailor-made learning and development journey where he received constant career advice which empowered him to navigate his way through and ultimately reach the Senior Leadership role of his dreams.
Kai had his first taste of a Commercial role as a Management Trainee at L’Oréal – he led business development meetings with key retailers and sealed high-value deals. His love for numbers, quick turnaround times and a knack for negotiating sales opportunities had him going far. Today, Kai continues to make an impact as Regional Commercial Director in L’Oréal APAC overseeing the development of key accounts across regional markets.

Your MT Program Journey
Our 12-months Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in key business functions of our company. We take great pride in our Management Trainees, and great respect in the work that you do. As such, your training and development plan and individual learning journey throughout the program is key to us.
The MT Development Program has 3 core components:
Rotations
· Each MT typically go through 2 impactful rotations
· 4-6 months duration per rotation
· Specific projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives

We offer customized learning tracks according to individual development within the Group, that offer structured & diverse learning modules across technical professional skills, with intention to build expertise & shape leadership quality.
