YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

SHARING OUR LEARNING AMBITION AND DEVELOPPING PEOPLE

You will work on the learning strategy that will impact the development of our employees and will be the main leaderto build a proximity relation with the individuals that you work with.You will help grow up our employees and be the main contributor of their successful career development.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ON NEW BLENDED AND ONLINE SOLUTIONS

You will be at the heart of the change management for your business scope, always seeking for new ways to disrupt the learning expedition of L'Oréal collaborators. You will be a creative and a result oriented asset for your team in order to set up the best employees' experience.

DESIGNING AND LAUNCHING LEARNING EVENTS

You will be in charge of coordinating and implementing major seminars for our business. You will also get the chance to take part in the creation of events and their rollout. Key contact of our suppliers, you will be autonomously organizing learning sessions for your population.

LOOKING FOR YOU

REQUIREMENTS

·  Masters' degree level (+4/+5)
·  Fluent in English and at least some basics in French are more than an asset
·  Enrolled in a school or university during the whole duration of the mission
