Hair Trainer

Job description

Our trainers are the brand ambassadors in the market, their mission is to train and educate the hairdressers on brand-related products and services to foster the best technical mastery and latest trends and innovations in Hair.

Role responsibilities:

-T ransmit the values of the brand

- Train hairdre ssers on brand-related products, services and techniques

-Develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products and trends

-Implement customized in salon training programs for each account/salon based on their staff need

-Participate in the development of new training actions

-Keep an eye on competition and the market dynamic

- Create “Fans” for the brand among hairdressers so they become the brand ambassadors themselves


Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge:

-Expertise in hair styling, cuts, color…

- Strong brand awareness, understanding of its development and the different categories and services that it offers

-Interest in fashion and the latest trends

-An attractive and engaging way to deliver trainings to hairdressers

- Dynamic with energy and passion to conduct several trainings a day as per their training calendar
