Specialized in digital and social media marketing (Sina Weibo, WeChat, Facebook, Twitter…), KRDS is a leading independant marketing agency. With a global presence in Europe, Middle East and Asia, we design and implement communication strategies for our customers on all social media platforms.
So far, KRDS has completed over 800+ campaigns in 15 countries, on behalf of 250+ clients, which include Peugeot, Danone, LVMH, Unilever, Nestlé and L’Oréal.
In Shanghai, since 2013, KRDS Shanghai has been growing at a fast pace and is an expert of local digital and social media marketing solutions, especially WeChat ones. The Chinese market is at this stage really key to KRDS global strategy.
KRDS Shanghai is ideating and producing digital content and social media campaigns, on Weibo and WeChat, for local and international clients, like the French International Soccer Team, Club Med, Louis Vuitton or Air France.
Poste et missions:
This opportunity is based in our downtown office in Shanghai.
As a Junior Business Developer, your responsibilities will be as follow :
- Identify and approach new clients and business partners (Brands and agencies)
- Set up meetings to introduce KRDS services and identify potential needs for KRDS services
- Produce tailor-made proposals and quotations with KRDS creative and production teams
- Follow up and close deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
- Monitor social web for sales opportunities and leads
- Do a reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
Profil:
You will need the following qualities to ensure the success of your missions:
- Entrepreneur and creative mindset, eager to find new business opportunities
- Sales-oriented person with a can-do attitude
- Ability to handle rejection well and move on quickly to the next call
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner who can adapt to changes
- Autonomy
- Good knowledge about Chinese digital and social media environment and willing to deepen this knowledge
- Previous experience approaching and interacting with Chinese counterparts
- Fluent in English, Chinese would be a plus
