KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Business Intelligence Analyst- Performance Services, to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Gather and document business descriptions for Performance Data Warehouse data fields
·  Run and update basic Microsoft SQL queries
·  Facilitate collection, collation and editing of monthly Technology Business Reviews
·  Maintain the Runbooks for the team's technical workflows
·  Automate workflow processes using Alteryx
·  Create data visualizations using Excel and Tableau; and create Executive level presentations in PowerPoint

Qualifications:

·  Minimum one year of IT experience in support of performance measurement systems and supporting Business Intelligence (BI) solutions/tools
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Basic technical skills to learn technology and help support IT staff and their clients; basic knowledge of MS Office
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
·  Strong verbal / written communication, problem solving and organizational skills, to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; as well as an ability to build productive relationships with peers.
·  U.S citizenship is required
