KPMG\u0027s Management Consulting group is experiencing exceptional growth, especially within IT Advisory. The rapidly expanding IT Advisory team is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager for its IT Advisory practice in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal office. Specifically, the practice is looking to fill a Workday Data Conversion Lead position.

Role and Responsibilities

Our IT Advisory team advises clients on executive and management issues in IT, to increase the value that IT delivers within their organization. Working with the senior leadership we assist them to define strategy, identify and champion transformation opportunities and assist with key IT decisions.

As a Senior Consultant/Manager you will:

·  Deliver engagements under the direction of Senior Leadership
·  Create relationships with clients and staff
·  Contribute to business development actives (i.e. proposal development)
·  Positively contribute to the IT Advisory and Workday practice A Workday Data Conversion Lead is expected to:

·  Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications in Workday projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Workday optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications
·  Review and map Workday business processes
·  Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
·  Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday application
·  Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
Skills & Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and behaviors:

·  A minimum of three years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM or Financial implementation and data conversion experience
·  Completion of one full implementation with Workday Data Conversion and Workday certification in HCM or Integration (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn\u0027t currently have the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment)
·  Bachelor\u0027s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
·  Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
·  Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
·  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
·  Canadian travel required, with occasional international travel a possibility.
