KPMG is currently seeking a Sr Associate in CIO Advisory for ourManagement Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Help assess clients' data center and IT infrastructure current state, evaluate rationalization opportunities, sourcing options (including cloud) and economic models, and recommend strategic direction
·  Support clients in designing, implementing and migrating to new data center, IT infrastructure and cloud services
·  Liaise with client stakeholders and subject matter professionals
·  Lead portions of engagements under the supervision of the engagement manager
·  Assist in the creation of proposals and other business development efforts
·  Assist with developing or updating firm data center computing consulting and transformation methodologies

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of three years of system administration, storage administration, system engineering experience and a minimum of two years of experience in a technology management or architect position or in a datacenter computing consulting role
·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from an accredited college/university, Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
·  Technology experience, including Azure or AWS IaaS/PaaS, server (Wintel, Unix), storage (SAN / NAS), virtualization technology (VMware, KVM, LPAR, LDOM), automation (BMC Bladelogic, Chef / Puppet, Tivoli Provisioning Manager, HP Server Automation), high availability architecture, and data center computing transformation from assessment to technical requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment and migration
·  Additional desirable experience in infrastructure automation and instrumentation (openstack, Unix Admin, Scripting / Programming Capabilities, SDLC Process Knowledge), Unified Communications, Collaboration, Database / application server architecture (Oracle-WebLogic / DB2 - WebSphere), network, and information security
·  Microsoft MCSA or MCSE, Cisco CCNA or CCNP, VMware VCA or VCP certifications or equivalent
·  Strong technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
·  Willingness to travel up to 80 percent of the time
