KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary Associate, Deskside Support Services to join our KPMG Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide first and second-level support to KPMG partners and employees during the Network Access Control deployment
·  Participate in device troubleshooting, configuration, deployment and remediation of client endpoint devices; ensure all steps for a successful remediation of all impacted devices on a daily basis
·  Work with each client to ensure checklist items are completed and that the laptops are issue-free
·  Accountable for receipt, configuration, and delivery of new equipment, where applicable
·  Perform move/add/changes in local office; perform asset disposal process and liaise with vendor to schedule pick-ups
·  Accountable for accurate documentation of troubleshooting activities in Fusion ticketing system

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year of experience in Information Systems, supporting office technology and desktop support
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops and desktops
·  Strong knowledge of MS Office Product Suite including 2013, Windows 7and Windows 10 Operating System support and troubleshooting; Ability to troubleshoot and familiarity with Symantec Antivirus Protection, SCCM and CarbonBlack a plus
·  Ability to function in a fast-paced, high energy environment; Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships with peers
·  Some travel may be required
