Job description

We are currently seeking to hire a Receptionist/Administrator to join our offices in the IFSC and in Stokes Place.

We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following:

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have enthusiasm. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skill set as outlined below:

·  Advanced PC skills including Word and Excel
·  A commitment to attention to detail
·  Excellent inter-personal communication skills
·  Prioritising work using time management, organisational and communication skills
·  Good administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
·  Responsibility for meeting room bookings and catering bookings
·  Managing client correspondence received via post and email
·  An ability to make sound judgements in emergency situations
·  Reliability / Flexibility / multi-tasking
Key responsibilities include:



·  Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
·  Provide front of house security and surveillance
·  Taking incoming calls and subsequent messages
·  Organise all required internal and external meetings, catering and taxi requirements
·  Liaise and build relationships with clients and internal divisions on behalf of the team
·  Managing meeting rooms and their catering requirements
·  Providing support in alternative KPMG Location (Stokes Place) during times of absence/leave of team members
·  General administration support to Premises department
·  Ad hoc support to FM team
