Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

·  Active cooperation within the Project Management Office team in regards to planning, resource management, communication, reporting and controlling of the financial budget and timeframes
·  Coordinating the communication initiatives between the project team and KPMG's internal customers
·  Managing and leading small projects within the overall areas of ECM
·  Establish excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

·  2-3 years working experience within a Project Management Office (PMO) with knowledge in reporting, communication and planning, as well as controlling of the budget and timeframes
·  Preferable first working experiences as Project leader
·  Experience with managing smaller IT projects
·  Bachelor's degree, preferably IT-related
·  Sound knowledge of various project methodologies (e.g. waterfall and SCRUM)
·  Possession of project management certifications is a plus (e.g. IPMA/PMP/PMI)
·  Resourceful, self-motivated and decisive with decision making capability
·  Structured working method
·  Fluent in English and German (B2/C1 as a minimum)

The role is to support individual - and internal business units - productivity with the use of information technology. You would be a part of the internal IT's project team with a dotted line to the ECM project team, which is leading one of the largest digitization projects within KPMG Switzerland.
