KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Performance Management and Career Architecture to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Collaborate with various stakeholders to lead the performance development process, including extensive change management to support the new framework as well as develop, update and maintain the firm wide job/career architectures
·  Utilize performance analytics to capture performance trends and process insights, while understanding the effectiveness of our leaders in developing the performance of our people
·  Develop process timelines, communications through toolkits, presentations, email templates, and other resources related to the performance development process and career architecture framework for performance managers, employees, and other human resource stakeholders
·  Liaise with Talent Development and Learning and Development teams to design relevant training materials and conduct related training and workshops, as needed
·  Develop a deep understanding of the various performance development and career architecture tool’s (e.g. SuccessFactors) features and capabilities to become the subject matter professional, liaise between our stakeholders for developing all changes and enhancements, perform user acceptance testing and provide official sign-off
·  Aid with integration and change management for performance and career architecture tool dependencies

Qualifications:

·  Minimum three years of experience leading the performance management process in a matrixed organization
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Math, Technology or related fields
·  Experience with human resource management systems such as SuccessFactors
·  Experience in building job or career ladders and related frameworks a plus
·  Ability to learn quickly, self-motivated and willingness to learn new technology platforms
·  Strong project management, communication and relationship building skills and ability to manage and prioritize competing stakeholder needs and requests
