Role

We are currently seeking to hire a number of Consultants join the Transformation team within our Management Consulting practice for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin.
We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

·  Strong Programme & Project Management skills - PM certifications would be an advantage.
·  Between 2-5 years' experience in a Consulting environment.
·  Experience of gathering, understanding and documenting business requirements and impact on existing processes, systems, data and people.
·  Proven delivery track record in some of the following areas: change management, business analysis and business type initiatives such as operations excellence, continuous process improvement & cost reduction initiatives, roll-out of new tools or services, business requirements definition, changes to operating models. Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

·  Involvement in a range of transformation projects, with a particular focus on organisational design, communications, stakeholder engagement, process improvement and performance improvement.
·  Utilising your experience in facilitating workshops across all levels of an organisation.
·  Work in a team environment where you will multi-task, assist colleagues and produce quality client deliverables to budget and on time
·  Presenting complex data and arguments in a way that is accessible to everyone, based on your strong written and oral communication skills.
