IT Asset Supervisor

Job purpose

The IT Asset Supervisor perform and manage our IT Asset database to ensure asset service delivery to end-users.

The Supervisor also manage operational working relationship with Subcontractors to ensure that contractual commitment are delivered.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
·  Ensures that the IT material databases is up-to-date
·  Follow up asset coordinators' tasks
·  Provides inventory reports and KPI to the management
·  Perform regular physical inventory
·  Ensure follow up on Asset procedure and process
·  Liaise with subcontractors for asset reparation and follow-up
·  In conjunction with the assets coordinator, to oversee and monitor the subcontractor work to ensure contracts are executed to satisfactory levels of quality
·  Analyze, investigate issues of compensation, complaints, preparing necessary reports and settlement of claims.
·  Follow up of Asset policy in conjunction with payroll department
·  Coordination of hardware rollout and OS migration

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is proactive in finding solutions to problems and able to demonstrate drive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Your knowledge and communication skills will be required to provide a great mood in the team!

Requirements to access to this function
·  Bachelor degree in IT and relevant professional training
·  Work experience requirements: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
·  Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment ( Windows 10, MS Office) plus PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS)
·  Accounting skills and knowledge
·  Working knowledge of fundamental operations with database management, stock management and reporting
·  Fluent in English and French (German or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage)
