Roles & Responsibilities
You'll be involved in various projects in the following domains during the whole Internship:
HR Technology
- Guide organizations through HR technology transformations
- Definition & alignment of HR (technology) strategy with business strategy
- HR Process redesign & process improvement
- Improve HR operational efficiency through technology
- Advise and support organizations with HR technology implementations
Organizational Design and Development
- Organizational transformation programs
- Organizational restructuring (Expansion & Rightsizing)
- Workforce planning
- Job grading/competency framework
- Performance & Reward
Change Management
- Change Management Analysis, Change Strategy and Communication
- Program/Project Change Management
- Change Management Training and Coaching
- Culture: analysis and change
Qualifications & Skills
You will soon hold a master in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering, Informatics, Industrial Psychology or an equivalent. An additional specialization in Human Resource Management is a strong asset.
