Job purpose

You will be in charge of following the policies that govern permissions and how information is accessed and secured.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the topic. You will handle the automation and manual provisioning and de-provisioning of access to data and data repositories.

You will implement and maintain policies, standards, procedures and guidelines related to identity and access management.

You will manage the applications and platforms as it relates to security configuration, security models and integration, apply security within applications and platforms, manage the IAG/IAM tool and PAM Tool (CyberArk). This includes the configuration, implementation, integration, and patching/upgrade of the solutions.

You will collaborate with other entities to define access profiles for 1800 employees and to manage the content in the different applications/solutions.

Finally, you will assist internal audit in their role of access's review.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
·  Performing operational tasks and ensuring that requests and tickets are being completed within established SLA's/Timeframe
·  Leading or completing IAM/IAG projects
·  Improving identity triggers as it relates to the team's customer experience, workflow and inefficiencies
·  Monitoring and correcting issues with the tools managed within area of responsibility

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is proactive in finding solutions to problems and able to demonstrate drive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Your knowledge and communication skills will be required to provide a great mood in the security team!

Requirements to access to this function
·  Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
·  Work experience requirements: at least 2 years of security administration and engineering sets of responsibilities, such as integration, developing of an application security models, managing service accounts, conducting routine maintenance activities, working in cross functional teams to implement new solutions
·  Experienced with an IAM/IAG product such as Omada, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or other similar product
·  Understanding of the identity lifecycle of users, systems, entitlements, applications and roles
·  A keen understanding of the process/procedures is required to ensure proper compliance with both internal and regulatory/industry requirements
·  Fluent in English and French (German will be considered as an advantage)
