Job description
Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of this role is to assist in the coordination and management of the delivery of world class graduate services to ensure that KPMG recruits a diverse pool of graduate talent to meet the changing needs of its business
Key job duties or responsibilities:
· Understand strategy at Firm and Function level
· Understand how role aligns with strategy and how execution of role enables strategy
· Understand the broader firm structure and service offering
· Understand HR strategy and how role aligns with strategy
· Render end to end Graduate recruitment processes on a day to day basis to the firm
· Raise awareness across the firm re Graduate recruitment offerings and other available resources
· Serve as a custodian for KPMG Graduate recruitment Policies and Procedures
· Drive a relentless focus on quality and excellent service
· Adherence to relevant legislation
· Build relationships and understand internal and external stakeholders
· Deliver role requirements with a client centric approach
· Apply 7 star service with internal and external stakeholders
· Adhere to graduate recruitment budget management thereof
· Create and enable an environment where staff thrive in a constantly changing business environment
· Mentor, coach and guide graduates
· Drive career and keep abreast of Industry trends and share with team
· Demonstrate high quality and timeous verbal and written communication in line with 7 star service

Qualifications and experience
· Minimum Bachelor's degree related field.
· Minimum 2 years' experience
· Knowledge of human resources and Graduate recruitment processes, policies and procedures.
· Working knowledge of BCEA and LRA legislation/procedure.
· Knowledge of change management processes.
· Knowledge of talent and skills attraction and retention.
· Has a holistic understanding of firm-wide resourcing requirements to allow for cross-BU resourcing and efficiencies in advertising and with recruitment agencies.
· Knowledge of HR systems
