KPMG is currently seeking an Experienced Associate, Tax to join ourTax Transformation practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Perform requirement analysis, technical software analysis, design and programming in a client consulting environment
·  Analyze the process to document current state and propose future state, Design the components for future state using industry leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology solutions, get it reviewed, tested and signed off by stake holders
·  Create reports/ dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View
·  Analyze complex data sets and convert them into the information which drives business decisions
·  Set up Development, UAT and Production environment with automation software and set up Center of Excellence (COE)
·  Write technical documentation and user guides; provide end-user training and support

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of four years of experience in Accounting/Finance/Information Technology (IT) of which last a minimum of two years should be in building RPA Automations and Data and Analytics tools to create some form of business intelligence
·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering, Science, or other quantitative discipline with specialization from an accredited college or university
·  Exposure to Data Analytics, Cognitive / AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) with preference given for industry experience
·  Experience with accounting, data analysis, business processes and related datasets
·  Experience with database, programming using VB, C# etc. will be a great addition
·  Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future and willing to travel 50-80% of the time
