ERP Support Analyst

Job description

We are looking to hire an ERP Support Analyst, who will be developed in the technical areas of:
• Oracle Cloud Applications
• ERP Business flows
• SQL Server Management Studio

Main Responsibilities : Technical role in Oracle Cloud Applications with a flavour of ERP business knowledge

• Production Support including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Application System administrator
• Translate business requirements to technical specifications including extensions, interfaces, data conversion/migration, and reports.
• Develop and unit test system

Requirements

• Master Degree in Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or Equivalent Experience
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Interest and passion in learning and applying new products and technologies to business
• Demonstrate business process skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
• Demonstrate good time management and be self-organized
• Good track record of adapting to new environments and learning quickly
• Strong personal drive and can-do attitude

Considered a plus:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience Oracle Technologies
• Expertise in technical areas of: PL/SQL, SQL, Java, BI Publisher
• Experience in software full lifecycle methodology
